Your body knows what it needs for maximum energy and health, it’s your brain that needs help! If only your cells could talk they would say “please feed me – I’m the one who needs the fuel to make you feel great in your busy life.” They would beg for nutrient-dense foods that keep your entire body functioning like a well-oiled machine. This workshop is not about making sure you notice every bite you eat and taking pleasure in it – while that would be great, I know you’re too busy for that. I want to show you how you can lean into Mindful Eating and also make mindless eating work for you. Yes, I said “mindless”. You’ll train your brain to make Real Food and Smart Choices as habitual as brushing your teeth. We can do this!
